"I have to say I'm more than
pleased with the Loxahatchee Herp Hatchery. For my
previous order I went to their facility and picked my
order up. My most recent order I requested the frozen
rodents be shipped. They sent tracking numbers to BOTH
email addresses I use. I didn't realize I had used
different email addresses on separate occasions, since I
can send from different accounts in my email client.
Kudos for being thorough.
Excellent packing job. In South Florida we still have
warm temps in the low 80's, my order made it to my
doorstep still frozen rock solid and my shipping cost
was very reasonable. The rodents were also of a quality
I've come to expect from them. Great customer service
