We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal, money orders,
personal checks, and bank transfers . Checks are subject to
clearance before shipment. We are sorry, but we do not ship
C.O.D.
Pick-ups at our facility can be paid for in advance through
the eStore
or paid for with cash, we are no longer accepting personal
checks for pick-ups.
- Orders shipped FedEx are shipped out on Mondays. FedEx
shipped orders must be received by Saturday to be shipped
Monday.
- We utilize FedEx Next Day Air, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx
Ground, Greyhound Package Express, and Continental Air for
our shipping needs.
- Shipping price is based on the total weight of the
package, including the box and dry ice. This shipping price
is all inclusive, including the dry ice and insulated box.
- All FedEx shipments are sent “no signature required”, if
there are any problems we must be notified with 24 hours of
delivery.
- Greyhound PackageXpress is a great way to ship larger
orders. Please note we can only ship to areas where
Greyhound delivery will be two days or less. Shipments must
be picked up at a Greyhound bus terminal. Please call in
your order if you are interested in this method.
- Continental Air Cargo is a great way to ship larger
orders to the west coast and abroad. These shipments must be
picked up at an airport with Continental cargo facilities.
- Sorry, we do not ship live rodents, but do allow
pick-ups of live rodents. Contact us
for pricing, the prices for live rodents differs from our
frozen rodents.
- We run a weekly delivery route for live rodents in
southeast Florida. A minimum order is required to receive
this service. If interested, please
